Hooded Scarecrow

Hooded Scarecrow was founded on May 9, 1945 by Corlie VonMach (Core-lie Von-Mach). The goal of the organization is a New World Order. When the allies had the victory in Europe, Corlie believed that things were supposed to be different and founded Hooded Scarecrow.

Over the years, Hooded Scarecrow would work on "devices" to bring their goal to life. They achieved their first town in 2003 with Anderson. Since, they have been repeatedly stopped by Franklin Soulmen and his partner Detective Stevens as well as Captain Stamp of the Colorado National Guard.
